Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible within two business days. (Business days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order and you will receive another email with tracking information once your order is in transit.
Revive1 ships via USPS to US addresses only. At checkout, you will have the following options:
STANDARD SHIPPING
- USPS First Class $5.95: delivery 5-7 business days from date shipped.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
- USPS Priority $10.95: delivery 2-4 business days from date shipped.
FREE USPS STANDARD (FIRST CLASS) SHIPPING
- All orders over $100 (excluding tax)
Orders can be canceled up until the order is shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you have questions, email us at customerservice@revive1.net and include your order number.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Our goal at Revive1 is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to receive a refund or make a return, please contact us at customerservice@revive1.net with your order number and reason for the request. The customer service team will confirm a refund or exchange via email. All refund or exchange requests must be made within 45 days of the original purchase.
To return an item, please include your order number on your return shipment. Return postage must be paid by the purchaser. Revive, LLC cannot be liable for lost or stolen packages.

After we receive your return and confirm that it complies our refund/exchange requirements, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or send you a new shipment if requested. Shipping charges made with your original order are non-refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refunded amount in your account.
We only accept returns from orders placed on revive1.net. Purchases made from retailers cannot be reimbursed by Revive1 and we suggest that you contact the retailer with your concern.
